1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zentara AI Cloud Studio, creating an account, or joining our waiting list, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Permitted Use and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use Zentara for malicious software distribution, denial of service attacks, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or illegal activities.
3. Customer Code & Output Ownership
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the applications, components, and assets created by you or on your behalf using Zentara. You are solely responsible for testing and validating your generated software before public deployment.
4. Service Availability & Compute Limits
Zentara provides isolated container sandbox compute on an as-available basis during preview and early access rollouts. We may impose fair use execution timeouts, token allowances, or compute quotas to ensure platform stability for all creators.
5. Modifications and Inquiries
We reserve the right to modify these terms as platform capabilities expand. Continued use of Zentara following any changes constitutes your acceptance. For questions regarding terms, contact us through our contact form.
